Advanced Practitioner Leadership Course

The AP Leadership Course is a comprehensive, eleven-module leadership development program designed specifically for Advanced Practitioners (APs). As AP roles continue to expand across academic, comprehensive, and community care settings, the need for confident, strategic, and resilient AP leaders has never been greater.

This course equips APs with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools necessary to lead interdisciplinary teams, influence institutional strategy, and maximize the value of AP practice models. Moving beyond traditional management concepts, learners will explore visionary leadership, emotional intelligence, communication mastery, human resource collaboration, healthcare economics, safety, productivity strategy, change management, succession planning, and inclusive leadership practices.
